20. Boogerman (Boogerman) Interplay unleashed this gooey superhero for the Genesis and SNES. He attacks with...well, let's not go there. But he's be perfect for Smash Bros.
19. R.O.B. (N.E.S.) -At some point this waste of space needs to do something productive, and drilling a spike though the collective heads of the ice climbers would be a good start.
18. Scorpion (Mortal Kombat) -It's a bug, it's a bad dresser, no wait, it's the guy from one of the most kick ass fighting games around with one of the most raw fatalities... take that Fox McCloud!
17. Toejam and Earl (Toejam and Earl series) -Who gonna bring 'da funk, well... uh... um... these guys. With all their wacky antics and unconventional weapons they have Smash Bros. written all over them.
